Snow Hills

$12.95

Originally written on a Smith Corona Coronet Super 12 typewriter, this chapbook opens with a sparkling depiction of two people that connect over the mutual desire for light and love. Spanning their relationship, the poem series is written from the perspective of a young woman as she uncovers her inner capacity to love again following an abusive past. She encounters the obstacles of falling for someone she never intended to while keeping his inevitable departure in mind. With each passing day, her feelings multiply, and still, she desires to be tangled in them, knowing what’s to come. Finally, she must face life without him and consider whether it was all worth it.
